Booking enquiry information
The booking form collects your name, contact details, travel dates, route, preferred vehicle and requests so the team can respond. Submitted enquiries are stored in the business enquiry database and are available to authorised staff. A notification may be sent to the business email when email delivery is configured.
WhatsApp and external services
WhatsApp links open an external service; a message is sent only when you send it there. Google Maps and externally hosted photographs may receive your IP address when loaded. These services have their own privacy policies.
Payments and staff access
This website does not collect card, bank or UPI credentials. Staff sign-in uses an authentication cookie. Do not include identity documents, passwords or payment credentials in enquiry messages.
